These Terms of Service govern your use of ramsaygasheat.shop and any purchase from RAMSAY GAS CENTRAL HEATING SERVICES LTD, trading as Hearthwell. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Registered office: 8 Mitchell Place, Saltcoats, KA21 5AS, United Kingdom. Governing law: England and Wales.

Hearthwell sells ready-to-use physical products only. We do not provide any gas, heating, central-heating, boiler, air-conditioning, plumbing or electrical installation, servicing or repair, and we do not send engineers or tradespeople to any address.

Every product is designed to be fitted or used by you without professional installation and without altering any fixed gas, water or electrical system. Nothing on this site is an offer of a regulated trade service.

• Ambience lighting is LED and electronic, flameless only. We do not sell real candles, naked flame or fuel of any kind.
• Hot water bottles and microwavable heat packs must be used per the included guidance: fill with hot (not boiling) water, heat only in short intervals, never overheat, and always use under adult supervision. They are not for unsupervised use by infants or young children.
• Weighted and comfort textiles are home comfort products, not medical devices. We make no medical, therapeutic or health-treatment claims.
• Follow all care and safety information supplied with each product.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude any local import duties or taxes that may apply on delivery. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch. Payment is taken securely by our payment provider; your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation email.

Paid memberships (Warm Circle and Hearth Society) are pure subscriptions billed in USD monthly or yearly. They provide member pricing and service perks that refresh each month and do not carry over, and they carry no points, stored balance or cash value. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.

Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse our forms, accounts or content. Reviews and images you submit are covered by our Acceptable Use Policy and Content License.

You must be at least 18 to open an ordering account. Customers under 13 may not use the store; customers aged 13–17 must have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, particularly for warm items such as heat packs and hot water bottles.

We provide our products with reasonable care and skill and stand behind your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. To the extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Real-world warmth results depend on your home's structure and are not guaranteed.
