Do I need an engineer or installation?+

No. Every Hearthwell product is designed to be fitted or used by you without tools, drilling into fixed systems or a professional visit. We do not offer or arrange any gas, heating, electrical or plumbing installation or repair.

How long does delivery take?+

Orders dispatch within 1–3 business days with tracking. UK delivery is usually 2–5 business days, Europe 5–10, and the US, Canada, Australia and rest of world 7–15 business days after dispatch. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

What is your return policy?+

Most items can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Some hygiene items (socks, slippers, bedding, hot water bottles, heat packs) can’t be returned once opened unless faulty. See the Refund & Returns Policy.

Are the ambience lights a fire risk?+

No. Our ambience lighting is LED and electronic, flameless only. We do not sell real candles, naked flame or fuel.

Is the weighted blanket a medical product?+

No. Weighted and comfort textiles are home comfort products, not medical devices, and we make no medical or health claims. Warm items such as heat packs and hot water bottles come with clear safe-use guidance.

How does membership billing work?+

Paid memberships are billed in USD monthly or yearly and are pure subscriptions — no points or stored value. Perks refresh monthly and don’t carry over. Cancel anytime; benefits run to the end of the paid period.
