Shipping & Delivery Policy

How and when your Hearthwell order reaches you. All of our products ship as ready-to-use goods — there is never an installation visit.
Order processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). We aim to dispatch within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a dispatch email with tracking when your parcel leaves our fulfilment partner.
Delivery times
- Domestic (United Kingdom): typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- United States, Canada, Australia and rest of world: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Shipping costs
A flat standard shipping rate of $6 (USD) is applied at checkout. Members may qualify for free shipping — Warm Circle over $45 and Hearth Society on every order (see Membership). Any rate shown at checkout is the amount charged.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with established postal and courier carriers appropriate to your destination. Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. If tracking has not updated after a few days, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier.
Customs, duties and taxes
Prices are in USD and exclude any import duties, taxes or customs fees that your country may charge on delivery. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are set by local customs, not by us.
Addresses and failed deliveries
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; a further shipping charge may apply. See our Refund & Returns Policy for lost or damaged parcels.
